Bill is Managing Partner and co-founder of CBG Wealth Management. D-Magazine named him one of the best financial planners in DFW in its December 2004 issue. He's also been named a Five Star Wealth Manager by Wealth Management Magazine. He graduated from Harding University and received his MBA from Louisiana Tech University.
His primary focus is on client development, goal setting, and implementation through customized financial strategies for individuals and business owners. Bill co-founded the Settlement Planning Group for Equitable Advisors, working with law firms and their financial advisors around the country, designing financial strategies to resolve complex litigation issues in personal injury and highly contested divorce cases. He received the Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC) designation, after training at Notre Dame University.
Bill is a CFP®, Certified Financial Planner™ professional, and a CLU, Certified Life Underwriter, a graduate of The Equitable Institute focused on Advanced Money Management held at Harvard University, and a Dallas Estate Planning Council Member.
Past community involvement includes Board of Trustees of The Alcuin School, Genesis Women Shelter Hero's Board, Supporter of Family Legacy Court & New Friends New Life.
Bill lives in Dallas, is married to Christy, who is the co-founder of CBG Wealth Management. He has four children and loves to play golf and travel with family and friends.
